Gitavillage Le Marze is located in Tuscany, between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto, immersed in a centuries-old pine forest just a few meters from a long sandy beach.

When is Gitavillage Le Marze open?

The village is open seasonally.
For the 2026 season, opening is scheduled from May 21 to September 21, 2026.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Village Area (lodges and glamping)
– Check-in: from 5:00 PM (access to services from 12:00 PM, from 2:00 PM in high season/weekends)
– Check-out: by 10:00 AM (guests may remain in the village until 12:00 PM)

• Camping Area (pitches)
– Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
– Check-out: by 12:00 PM
For arrivals after 8:00 PM, access to the pitch will be possible the following morning.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free in the common areas of the village.
The connection may be limited in the inner areas of the pine forest.

Is parking available?

Yes, each booking includes 1 parking space in the internal parking area.

Can unaccompanied minors stay at Gitavillage Le Marze?

No. Minors cannot stay at Gitavillage Le Marze without a parent or legal guardian, even if included in groups with adults.
Written authorizations or delegations are not accepted. For safety and liability reasons, all minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.

Is the village pet friendly?

Yes, Gitavillage Le Marze is pet friendly and dogs are allowed in all accommodations (except in the suspended module of the Air Dream Suite).
Supplements vary depending on the period:
• Free until 31/05 and from 10/09
• €5 per day from 01/06 to 05/07 and from 06/09 to 09/09
• €9 per day from 06/07 to 05/09

Dogs can access all village areas (except the pool). On the beach, they must remain under the umbrella on a leash.
